ABOUT MAXIMIZE
Maximize was created to support high-level high school student-athletes who want to become college student-athletes in the United States after graduating high school.

From the beginning of the project, up until the departure to university (and even beyond!), we are here every step of the way to ensure a seamless procedure.
OUR MISSION
Make the American college path attainable to as many athletes as possible, so that they do not have to choose between high-level sports and higher education

Simplify the procedures as much as possible for athletes and their family, thanks to personalized support and all-time availability

Build a community of athletes beyond their time in university, namely to make the transition into the working world easier
BASTIEN BONICEL
Passionate about sports (tennis, soccer, basketball, football...), Bastien founded Maximize after 3 years working as a business strategy consultant.
​
He graduated from a top-tier French engineering school (Centrale Lyon), and subsequently earned a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University (USA - NCAA Div. 1), where he used to play tennis.
​
Bastien is also an international tennis umpire and speaks four languages (English, French, German, Spanish). He now splits his time between France (Paris) and Belgium (Brussels).
